Las lengas esquimaudas-alèutas (o lengas escalèutas, tanben nomenadas lengas inuit-alèutas) son una familha de lengas parladas en Groenlàndia, al nòrd de Canadà, en Alaska e dins d'unas partidas de Siberia.
