Lo Romanç neolatín, o simplement neolatín,[1][2] neolatín en occitan, es una lenga panromanica, es a dire, una varietat lingüistica codificada de basa romanica, representativa de l’ensemble de las lengas latinas.[3][4] Se pòt considerar coma una proposicion de lenga estandard per tota la familha lingüistica romanica,[5] e tanben coma una lenga construida zonala, estent lo resultat d’una codificacion lingüistica a partir d’un grop concret, dins aqueste cas, las lengas latinas. Cal soslinhar que aquesta lenga zonala s’inscriu unicament dins lo domeni lingüistic, sens cap de portada sociala ni politica.[6][7]
